This is a tour in which scents and flavors chase each other, so are you ready to catch and savor all the delicacies of our region?
We will taste and learn about the history of aged Pecorino cheese, cold cuts produced with an ancient swine breed, precious saffron from San Gimignano, honey from dozens of different flowers, extra-virgin olive oil, hand-made pasta and delicious home-made cakes, all of course served with the best wines.
The theatre for this scene is San Gimignano and the surroundings and most of the products are tasted directly where they are produced or grown.
